We can occasionally accommodate last minute rental requests, but can’t make any promises. Please allow 24-48 hours for our Space Coordinator to reply to rental inquiries.*

*Our Space Coordinator’s summer office hours are Monday-Thursday. The space email will not be checked Friday-Sunday.


Rental rates:

Every rental period will include a $3.00 sanitation charge. This fee will help us cover additional cleaning supplies which we provide to you, as well as pay Fidget staff members for additional cleaning hours.

Private Rehearsals (up to 15 people)
General Rate: $20/hr

(open to the public, up to 20 people)

Let us know your eligibility in your rental inquiry and we will apply the discount. Discounts only apply to our private rehearsal rates and are only available to the individual making the booking. More info about these discounts here.

The space includes:

  • 16×32 ft marley floor

  • living room area

  • fully functioning kitchen and dining area (fridge, sink, Britta, stove top (no oven), toaster oven, microwave)

  • bathroom

  • sound system with AUX cord (we do not have bluetooth)

  • freight elevator (Not for passengers, load-in/load-out with Fidget staff members only. Please get in touch for more information.)

Accessibility:

Fidget Space is located at the top of four flights of stairs. There is no elevator available for passengers.

Additional Information: 

The space now has air conditioning, but does tend to get hot during the summer months. We advise dressing accordingly and bringing lots of water! Please make sure that the air conditioning is turned up to 78 before you leave the space

Cleaning, Health, and Safety Protocols

What We’re Doing:

- We provide cleaning supplies for your use, detailed below under ‘Cleaning Protocol’.
- We provide hand sanitizer around the space for your use.
- Every rental includes a 30 minute cleaning window at the end. (For example a 12-2 pm rehearsal would include a cleaning window from 2-2:30 pm.)
- We have installed a lockbox.
- A Fidget staff member does a deep clean** of the space once a week, detailed below.

**The deep clean includes:
- Sweeping and mop the marley floor, as well as vacuum around the edges.
- Sweeping and vacuuming the space.
- Dusting, cleaning with soap and water, and wiping down all surfaces with a disinfectant.
- Wiping down common technology (sound board, aux cord).
- Restocking all cleaning supplies.
- Opening front door and windows and using ventilating fans to increase air flow.
- Laundering couch covers.

What We Ask of You:

- If you or anyone involved in your practice feels unwell or has exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 please stay home.
- At the end of using the space complete the cleaning protocol, detailed below.

Cleaning Protocol
- Wipe down the door handles on the front door, kitchen, and bathroom.
- Wipe down faucets and handles in the kitchen and bathroom.
- Sweep and mop the marley floor.
- Wipe down all surfaces used.
(All cleaning supplies will be provided by Fidget.)
