Process Project 2018

  •

Process Project is a series that <fidget> initiated in June 2009 that places our creative process in a performative situation, and hinges on intimate and in-depth dialogue with audiences before and after each event. It’s not a “work,” but rather a new way of working. Several performances take place (at thefidget space) over the course of one week—the show is never the same twice. The week starts with a blank slate: <fidget> directors Megan Bridge (dance, choreography) and Peter Price (time-based media: sound, visuals) gather our materials and approach each performance situation as a frame that re-orients and gives new definition to our work. We consider the Process Project to be our artistic home; this, more than any other project, is where we make our most important discoveries about shared aesthetic values and future potential directions. We invite you into our home studio to share some drinks, some snacks, some live art.

Process Project is FREE! But please let us know you are coming, by RSVP’ing to Megan Bridge: megan[at]thefidget[dot]org.
